Our clients engage Zulu Capital to maintain a watching brief for opportunities to acquire assets that will add significant value to their firm and enable the realization of their growth plans.

We refine the specific objectives and parameters of the assignment into a detailed action plan, with ongoing communication with our clients. Upon agreement we make formal contact with potential buyers or sellers, coordinate the due diligence process and then structure and negotiate the transaction on behalf of our clients.

As part of the process Zulu Capital will also raise the capital (from our global funding partners) required for the transaction to be completed.

We also represent major shareholders of business who are looking for paths to exit their significant equity holdings by identifying appropriate buyers and making the formal approaches on their behalf and negotiating suitable terms on held of the major shareholder.
